The Kigali Marriott Hotel Lobby area will be available throughout the event for VIP guests and delegates to enjoy refreshments, network, access WiFi etc., in a relaxed setting.

ASEC Twenty VIP guest welcome briefings will be held on an ad-hoc basis, based on arrival schedules.

Onsite Registration - Kigali Marriott Hotel Lobby
Delegates may complete registration by collecting their event badge and guide. The ASEC registration desk will remain available throughout Tuesday to Friday.

Private Presentation Suite Setup
Presentation suites (private sector delegates) available for setup from 4:00pm. One branded pop-up banner will be provided per room/company (for outside room door). Additional snacks/refreshments will be available to order for your meetings.

19:00 - 21:00

Evening Networking Reception - Sarabi Pool Bar & Lawn (Marriott Hotel)
ASEC TWENTY 2026 participants meet for an ‘ice-breaker’ Networking Reception in a relaxed and informal setting, whilst enjoying refreshments and an evening meal (standing buffet) at the Sarabi Pool Bar & Lawn.

ASEC Twenty 1-2-1 Meetings
Utilising dedicated adjoining presentation rooms/suites, delegates will meet privately with VIP delegations for 45-minute meetings and demonstrations. Meetings will be staggered each hour, to start at 15-minute intervals, thus providing a 15-minute break between each 45-minute meeting where possible. Dedicated ushers on each floor will be used to keep meetings to time, with French translators available as needed.

12:30 - 14:30

Networking Lunch Break
Subject to your meeting appointments, staggered lunch breaks may begin at 1:00pm or 1:15pm etc. but everyone will have at least 1hr for lunch.

Transport Departs for Event Dinner - L’Atelier du Vin Restaurant
Pre-dinner refreshments and a sit-down meal enjoying the beautiful surroundings at L’Atelier du Vin.
Transport departs at 7:00pm from the Kigali Marriott Hotel Lobby.

Transport returns to the Kigali Marriott Hotel

*Please note, key cards for presentation rooms/suites must be returned to the Kigali Marriott Hotel at 12:00pm noon, with check-out complete.
